Recruitment Process

Uygun adayların belirlenmesi sürecinde, işe alım ekibi tarafından potansiyel adayların CV ve başvuru mektupları incelenir. Bu inceleme sürecinde, adayların eğitim düzeyi, iş deneyimi, yetenekleri ve diğer özellikleri dikkate alınır. After the interview schedules are created, the recruiters are contacted by the candidates' phone numbers or email addresses and invited for an interview. Interviews are carried out by human resources officials, these interviews are conducted to examine the candidates' abilities, motivations and suitability for the job. At the end of the first stage interviews, the most suitable candidates are selected and invited for second stage interviews.

After the first stage interviews conducted by human resources officials, candidates meeting the required criteria are determined. These candidates are invited to the second level interviews conducted by the relevant department manager. These interviews are held in order to examine the suitability of the candidates in more detail and to evaluate the compatibility between the talents and skills required by the job to be performed by the department manager and the candidates. The decision to recruit candidates is taken at the end of these second-stage interviews.

Candidates who are found suitable and mutually agreed upon are determined by the recruitment team. After these days are determined, candidates are given a list of employment documents. These documents may include documents such as employment contract, work permit, health report. Candidates are asked to attend directly at the start date in order to bring all these documents on the determined date. In this way, the recruitment processes of candidates are carried out quickly and the necessary documents to start the job are completed.

Newly recruited personnel move on to the orientation phase after the recruitment process is completed. This stage is important for newly recruited staff as it allows them to acquire all the relevant information about working within our organization. During the orientation process, newly recruited personnel receive training on our operation by experienced personnel working within our organization. These trainings may include all the rules, processes and workflows related to our operation. In addition, newly recruited personnel have the opportunity to get to know the working environment and meet other colleagues. In this way, newly recruited personnel adapt quickly to our structure and can easily continue their work.

Candidates who are recruited receive detailed and full-time information on Occupational Health and Safety issues by Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialists on the day they join the job. These briefings may include important issues such as preventing hazards that may occur in the working environment, fire and emergencies. In addition, information is given about the ways to protect the health of the employees, the precautions to be taken at the workplace and other OHS-related issues. These briefings are made in order to ensure the safe and healthy use of the working environment and allow candidates to better prepare for their jobs.
